Delivering for society

We recognise the huge potential we have to create positive social impact in the communities in which we operate. Our services tackle issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, children on the edge of care and those living with long-term significant care needs such as a learning disability, mental health issue or autism by providing quality homes and care.

At FourSynergy Group we see the four sectors of Care, Housing, Development, and Investment as the four walls that when joined together make a house and when a house is created, it empowers the client who lives in it to grow, and it becomes a home for life.

Transforming lives

Real Stories

At the centre of every new housing scheme is a client that needs a home creating where they can live with support from specialist organisations, a home where they can be encouraged and nurtured to explorer their abilities not be limited by them.

The principle of FourSynergy Group is to bring knowledge, innovation and best practice together for the good of all of the businesses within the group as well as the businesses we partner with outside of the group structure in housing and care.

Social Impact

A better way, for better lives

To deliver a truly sustainable model for the social care and supported housing sectors, we have created a uniquely integrated model.

We are a leading UK organisation, offering a service that spans the four core pillars of social care: Care, Housing, Development and Investment. Each group subsidiary is independent yet all are connected, working together for a common purpose – to create a better way, for better lives.

This matters because it puts the needs of customers at the very heart of our business. Delivering a truly joined-up service means providing the right care and support for the people we serve; it means creating homes tailored to their individual requirements and built in an environmentally conscious way. It means strong governance support for Housing Associations and a model that promotes financial viability and sustainable growth. And it also means a sustainable return for sector investors.

Our Social Impact

Delivering for society - One unified goal

We believe in better for our sector
So we’re helping to meet its most pressing challenges.
Better for the public purse
So we’re innovating to create equitable, sustainable funding models.
Better standards
So we’re developing our products to meet the needs of our customers.
A better world
So we’re minimising our environmental impact.

Our Historical Development Impact

In 2020, just under 1.9 million individuals were supported through adult social care services, and 290,000 were adults of working age. Of these, it is estimated that around 85% were living in community and supported housing type accommodation. Research (PSSRU, 2018) has estimated that by 2040 there is likely to be a 55% growth in this sector, meaning an additional need of around 150,000 units for working age adults.
